Description of Goods
We are intended to give an approximate description of the goods for all images, descriptions, specifications and advertising on our site. We endeavour to provide product descriptions that are correct, but we advise that you do not arrange for a plumber to install the items until they have been delivered and checked for discrepancies and to make sure they are undamaged. We will not pay compensation for installation costs that have been incurred due to errors in description of goods listed upon this site. It is your responsibility to inspect the item you have received and ensure its suitability prior to commencing installation.
Availability & Delivery
PLEASE DO NOT ARRANGE FOR INSTALLATION OF YOUR GOODS UNTIL THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED & CHECKED FOR DAMAGE.
When your order arrives at your address, you will be given a chance to check and sign for the products. During delivery, we recommend ensuring that all products ordered are present and checked for any obvious damages. Once you receive your items, please do not store them away for later inspection, as if any goods received are damaged, faulty or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or telephone, quoting your ORD number for reference. Please note that delivery timetables are best estimates, and may be subject to change as due to seasonality, weather and other non-specified factors.
Some of our products are not kept in stock and need to be specially ordered for you. We aim to ship orders within 5-6 working days of receipt of order. If your order is not due to ship within 5 working days, we will endeavour to notify you by email or telephone where provided, and give you the option to wait, switch to an alternative product, or cancel your order and receive a refund. Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. We accept no liability whatsoever in respect to late deliveries, and we strongly recommend that you do not book any plumber or installer to commence work before you are in receipt of the goods and have checked them over.
Pricing & Payments
The price of any products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. All goods must be paid for on completion of order, and all funds must be cleared prior to shipping. We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. All prices include VAT.
We have taken reasonable precautions to avoid any errors or omissions of product information or pricing across the website. However, please note that orders will not be accepted if it becomes evident prior to being dispatched and invoiced that there are material errors or omissions that should not have been present. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any orders prior to dispatch and invoice without notice.
We use couriers to deliver Our smaller Goods and larger Goods. If you want to know your delivery options, visit our webpage before you place your order or browse your delivery options at the checkout page. We do not make deliveries to any addresses outside of the UK.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
You may cancel your order before dispatch or within 30 days after the date of delivery by either calling us or emailing us at email@example.com quoting your order reference number or sending written notice of cancellation to:

Return & Refund:
30-day returns for a refund
Following delivery you may return any non-faulty Goods to us providing that you notify us of your desire to return an item by telephone or by e-mail. This allows us to send you your return label via email.
Please do not fit any damaged goods, as we will be unable to replace or refund damaged items which have been installed or made-to-order. All returns that are not returned in excellent condition or with the return label or other adhesive on the original packaging or product will be refused.
We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used to pay for your order or purchase or if you wish, opt for another refund method (credit or voucher).
We won’t charge you a restocking fee for returning your products, but you will be required to pay the transportation costs incurred by the return (or arrange your own delivery back to us).
Easy Returns & Exchanges:
If you decide you don't want a product, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you believe you have a defective product, first do contact our team on 02080171343, or email email@example.com. It may be often possible to resolve a problem by offering technical advice over the telephone or by email, or by sending replacement parts. In some situations we may arrange for the manufacturer's technical or after sales department to contact you directly. We advise that if the fault is not causing any damage You do not remove an installed item as this could void your guarantee. We advise that You contact the manufacturer directly.
We reserve our right to collect and arrange for the item to be tested to ascertain the cause of a purported fault. This process may take up to 28 days, although we will always aim to act as quickly as possible. If you are able to provide images or videos of the faulty item this will help us to resolve your issue as quickly and painlessly as possible.
If the item is deemed faulty, then we will repair or replace the item and return it to you. If no fault is found when the item is inspected, you would be liable for both the collection costs, and the cost of returning the item to you.
Products that develop a fault after 1 year are usually covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty. Please retain your proof of purchase and any warranty documentation, if supplied, in case you need to claim under warranty at a later date.
Warranty & Liability
We warrant to you that all goods will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their normally intended domestic purpose. All British Bathroom Fittings products carry a minimum 12 month warranty. Any guarantees that exceed 12 months are covered solely by the manufacturer, and not by British Bathroom Fittings, and any problems that occur outside of this 12 month period should be taken up directly with the manufacturer. We will, at our discretion, help you get in touch with the manufacturer by acting on your behalf, or passing on details.
Without prejudice to clause 9.2, if you are a trade customer, we shall not be liable to you (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) for any: (i) loss of profits, business, contracts, goodwill, business opportunity and other similar losses, or any business interruption; or (ii) indirect or consequential loss, neither will we be liable to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.
All products should be installed by a qualified professional. We do not recommend attempting the installation of items without holding the current, relevant qualifications due to the inherent technical nature of the products. It should be noted that installation by an unqualified individual may invalidate manufacturer warranties, so it is imperative that you check the terms and conditions of the manufacturer before proceeding with 'DIY' installation. Neither British Bathroom Fittings nor the manufacturer can be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of installation by unqualified individuals.
These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and British Bathroom Fittings and supersede any and all prior terms, conditions, warranties and/or representations to the fullest extent permitted by law whether oral or in writing. We each acknowledge that, in entering into a contract, neither of us has relied on any promise or representation given by the other, or implied from anything said or written in negotiations prior to such contact.
We will be entitled to immediately terminate your use of all or any part of the Sites if we consider that you have failed to comply with any of these terms and conditions.
We may modify or change this Terms and conditions from time to time at our own discretion. Any changes or modification will be immediately posted on the Site. We recommend that you check this page regularly to keep up-to-date.
